A few days ago my customers started complaining the store was too crowded even though nothing had changed space wise. I had been saving up for the next expansion and had hoped to have more of a coin cushion leftover before I purchased it but I went ahead and did so anyway to hopefully fix the problem. I re-did the store with the new space and there is quite an abundance of space - the center of the store is nice and wide open with just the cashiers and I made sure there were no obstructed aisles in the departments around the outer sides of the store. Customers come back in and yep.. still upset over size! The next expansion is 100million coins which I only have a little over 50 million so it's going to be a while before I can expand (I don't want to pay an outrageous 100 market cash to expand!) And who knows if that will even fix things. What is going on? I have neighbors that have stores that are jammed packed and they don't have problems but now all my customers are cranky?

Have you tried buying a new cashier? i had the overcrowding problem but added a new cashier and now all my customers are happy.
I don't yet have the problem yet, but after expanding my store to the 50 million level, I'm not getting any happy customers It used to be that I had 20 levels to expand, i.e by Level 180, than if I met that I would get so happy customers until Level 180. So my question is : 1. What is the definition of a crowded store for game purposes? In Cafeland, you clearly have answered that question (being 2 expansions behind) but not here. Not knowing this answer I'm not sure of my next move.

I expanded mine at a cost of 100,000,000. The very next customer that came in "wished" the store war bigger. The next expansion costs 2,000,000. :(

A few days back my buyers initiated complaining the shop was full of crowd even although there was no room for changing over. He was up for my assignmentwriting. I was saving for the next savings and I was hoping to get a lot of coins before I bought them but I went ahead and did so in hopes of fixing the problem.
